The thinnest cake ever.

A new thrift store cookbook, offered a new chocolate cake recipe.

My first clue should have been the term "thin batter", evidently a synonym for "really skinny cake".

Or could it be that the baking powder is old??

Luckily, there's a solution . . . lotsa frosting.  "The thicker the frosting, the higher the cake!"  You can quote me, it's true.

Today's gray and dreary forecast is offset by Fall color.  Cooler temps are coming in and I hear some states North and West actually got snow.
