I've heard this is a great place to meet new job contacts.

"Yes, indeed."  "I understand it's your job to look cute and adorable even on bad hare days."

"Well that's true Dolly, but I want your job."  "I already have a fluffy tail and droopy ears.  What else do I need to qualify for your job."

"How about height."

"Do you think she'll lend me the ladder?"

Ut OHHH . . .

Things in the sewing room have gotten a little out of control.

I've been working on a couple of new projects, and trying to cut for a few more.  Washing several loads of fabric has added to the mix.  It all needs pressing, folding and putting away . . . somewhere.

You know you're in trouble when there's barely 6 inches of cleared space on your cutting table.

So I'll be back when things have gotten a bit more organized, say 2016.  (Just kidding).

I think I need chocolate.  Hey Alycia are you coming by anytime soon?  If so, bring some Hershey's will ya!

Words to live by . . . . from someone who loves you.

10 CANINE COMMANDMENTS

1.  My life is likely to last 10 to 15 years.  Any separation from you will be painful for me.  Remember that before you buy me.

2.  Give me time to understand what you want from me.

3.  Place your trust in me.  It's crucial to my well being.

4.  Don't be angry with me for long and don't lock me up as punishment.  You have your work, your entertainment, and your friends.  I only have you.

5.  Talk to me sometimes.  Even if I don't understand your words, I understand your voice when it's speaking to me.

6.  Be aware that however you treat me, I'll never forget it.

7.  Remember before you hit me, I have teeth that could easily crush the bones of your hand, but I choose not to bite you.

8.  Before you scold me for being uncooperative, obstinate, or lazy, ask yourself if something might be bothering me.  Perhaps I'm not getting the right food, or I've been out in the sun too long, or my heart is getting old and weak.

9.  Take care of me when I get old.  You too will grow old.

10.  Go with me on difficult journeys.  Never say, "I can't bear to watch it" or "let it happen in my absence."  Everything is easier for me if you are there.

REMEMBER THAT I LOVE YOU.

Where would we be without sharing?

Mother nature shares her awesome scents.

Yummy seeds.

Wonderful colors.
and bountiful goodness.

True, some things are best not shared.

I buy two new sets of flip flops every summer and I'm lucky to have one pair left by August.

But like summer's bounty, this too shall pass.
